If a Line Is Not Straight, We Come Back.
We do not ask for the final payment until you have walked the job with us in real light and told us it is right. And if something we painted fails under normal use — peeling, a lifted edge, a line that drifted — call us and we come back and fix it. That is the entire policy, and it is why we would rather spend an extra day on prep than an extra trip on repairs.

Both. Interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets year-round, and exterior siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and doors during the months when Minnesota temperatures and dew point let a coat cure properly.
Two full finish coats is our standard, over the appropriate primer where the surface needs one. Dramatic color changes, bare wood, and stained ceilings get spot-priming or a full prime coat first, and that is written into the estimate.
Yes, and most of our clients do. We cover furniture and mask floors, keep one clear path through the space, work room by room so you are never locked out of the whole house, and pack up and sweep at the end of every day.
A single room is usually a day or two. A full interior runs closer to a week, depending on trim and repairs. Exteriors depend on the weather as much as the house. Your estimate gives real dates, not a vague range.
