St. Louis Park

St. Louis Park is dense with 1950s and 60s ramblers, and the two things owners here ask us for most are a full interior color change and something done about the kitchen cabinets. Refinishing the existing boxes instead of replacing them is usually the difference between a weekend project and a five-figure remodel.

The other common request is the basement. A lot of these houses have a bare or half-painted slab downstairs that sheds dust into the rest of the house; grinding it and rolling a proper concrete coating cleans that up permanently.
