Most of Plymouth was built between the late 1980s and the 2000s, which means solid drywall, few surprises, and a lot of houses still wearing the original builder beige with honey-oak trim and cabinets.

That combination is the single most common project we quote out here: walls taken to a current color, trim and doors brought to a hard white enamel, and the kitchen cabinets refinished instead of replaced.

The two-story entries and open stairwells in these plans need proper staging to paint safely and cleanly, and that is planned before we arrive, not worked out on the day.
