St. Paul

St. Paul has some of the oldest housing stock in the metro, and it shows up as plaster walls, deep original woodwork, and ceilings carrying decades of water marks. All three need the right prep, and none of them respond well to a crew that just starts rolling.

We stain-block ceilings before the finish coat so old marks do not ghost back through, and we are careful about the line between painted wall and stained original trim, because that boundary is what people actually notice in these houses.

Exteriors here are often narrow-lot and close to the neighbors, so containment and cleanup are planned before the first ladder goes up.
