Minneapolis

Minneapolis is where we are based, so it gets the shortest lead times and the easiest scheduling in our whole coverage area. Most of the city's housing stock predates 1940, which means plaster walls, hairline settlement cracks, painted-shut windows, and layered trim with sixty years of finish on it. All of that is normal work for us, and all of it gets flagged in the estimate rather than discovered mid-job.

We do a lot of Northeast and South Minneapolis interiors: bedrooms and living rooms taken from tired off-white to a real color, ceilings stain-blocked and rolled flat, and trim brought back with a hard enamel instead of the sticky latex somebody used last time. On exteriors we plan around the short Minnesota painting season and the dew point, not just the calendar.

Duplex and rental turnovers are a regular part of the schedule too, and those get quoted on a real timeline because a unit sitting empty costs the owner money.
